anyone have a stenciling program?

anyone have or know of a good stenciling program? I just recently painted my interior and i'm thinking of using an invisible dye that would show a darker red color when exposed to my neons so that when i have them on it would show up. I'm thinkin a flame design to go with my speedhut indiglo flame gauges, then where then radio panel meets the shifter i would stencil "mx-3" in the darker dye so that it shows in the original red color (hard to explain, i'll try photoshopping). I'd like a stencil cutout of the flame as well as mx-3 in a custom font. If someone could lead me in the right direction i would appreciate it.
