Tattoo weird

This has absolutely nothing to do with a vehicle, but i have a tattoo on my right shoulder, and after i worked out earlier, i rubbed my shoulder and the tattoo was a little raised, kinda lke it was about 10 minutes after i got it done, and that was back in January. Now its been kinda raised for over an hour. Anybody out there ever have this happen? I know its probably normal, but its weirding me out...

raised yea see what happens when u build muscle your skin stretches, causing the tattoo to either move, or inshort become gapped and look like ****, i have to tats on my shoulder blade that i have to have work done to about once every year year and half it sucks but its the price to pay for having tattoos, unless u stay the same size anyway
