Question about a Traffic ticker?

I saw the silliest thing ever yesterday. I was on my way to school, and I saw a cop hiding behind a telephone pole (standing), facing the traffic, and all you could see was his head and the radar gun. It is pathetic what some cops will do. However, he had not been set up for 30 seconds, and he had his first victim (not me, I was watching in the rear view mirror). I didn't even see his car - he just walked out into the road in front of the speeder.

LOL, DAMN!<P>I know a lot of the cops around my town and they're all nice, intelligent guys. But this cop you mentioned is an idiot. I can only say that maybe he was doing some test or something. I hope he REALLY wasn't planning on doing that for a few hours to catch speeders.

haha, that's funny as hell, I can't imagine a cop standing behind a poll with a gun. LOL <P>btw, anyone has any ideas what I can say in court?
