CRX is not a RWD car.. why the big tires inh back

Post by SmokyMcGee »

When i see a crx or a civic or some honda..some have nice big wheels on the back and they have two doughnuts on the front. Now on a RWD car I understand.. power from the back and steering in the front.. but whats with the style on FWD cars...tell me its for looks and I'll be sick

well at the track alot of FWD cars will put drag radials/slicks on their heavy stock rims. they'll put them on the front to inorder for the added weight to keep traction on the front tires.<BR>i hope that's what ur talking about. otherwise i dunno

there is an integra around here that does it. I felt sorry at first; maybe not enough money or somethin but wanted the "look" but hes still got it set up like that after 6 months. I think it's definately a look thing in this guys case. (regular street driving , not track)
