Question about turbocharging a N/A engine.

Post by Joe Carlson »

Hey guys, i know this is an odd request, but my brother just bought a Dodge Stealth R/T (Twin Turbo AWD) and the motor is trashed. He won't take my word for it, and i know all you guys know alot about small engine mechanics, he has a naturally aspritated 24v DOHC 3.0L, and wants to transplant it in there, and add the turbos. What kind of problems will he be running into, with the N/A engine having a higher compression, besides more power. Thanks for any help you guys can give me. -Joe

Good questions and at a glance, looks do-able but your bro should spend some time here... http://www.3si.org/ and go on their forum, then to the forced induction threads.
