MAF Adaptor

Post by BoOdOg »

I believe that is what it's called, I want the adaptor to put on my MAF so I can fit a 3" filter on it until I find someone to bend the pipe from the integra intake. Anyone have the part number of this part or a company that makes it's. Thanks

Oh car is a 94 RS

You dont need the MAF adapter on a 94+. The adapter is only needed for SOHC engines which came with square MAF's. The newer ones are round and have a 3" diameter.

first off you dont need to bend the pipe from the integra. you use the bends in it and just cut the pip up a little. and since you car is a 94 you dont need a MAF adapter. you just slide the filter on the one end of the MAF and clamp it down. leave the gasket on the MAF also. also their is a cold air kit available for the MX on E BAY its cheep but its for the SOHC but i think it would be easly swaped over to the DOHC, and it would give you all the bends you need as well.
if you want a good example of an integra intake look at my car domain page, on page two their is a good pic of mine.
