I need everyone's expertise

I want to paint the section behind my steering wheel, the part that goes around all my controls and the part that goes around my radio and a/c etc.. how do I get them off so I can paint them? I don't see any screws or anything, how does that stuff come out so I can paint them? Please email me @ kmccoy@cogeco.ca letting me know how I can get those plastic pieces off so I can paint them the same color as my car. Much appreciated.

The online manual might be a bit better than searches. I like books with Pictures!
