Please help,I need a wiring diagram

Post by Spotted »

I am goin to install a security system with remote start into my beloved 94. I have been looking everywhere for a diagram to properly wire this thing into my car, but can not find one anywhere. The on line manual seems to have disappeared.
Can someone help me out.
Please?
Thanks!!

the online shop manual is gone for copyright reasons. i know, it totally sucks, but welcome to the world where we are about to be billed for the air we breathe. anyways. i had my alpine alarm installed for ~$180 USD @ a professional car audio shop. that included parts & labor. is there are particular reason you want to do it yourself? because i think if you have it professionally installed, you can put that down on your insurance and your rates will go down a bit...mine did :2thumbsup:

You guys freekin rock!!
Thanks a ton!!

I am installing it because I work for Best Buy as a Comp Tech. I used to be a mechanic for 8 years.
I talked to the guys in car audio, and they want to charge me 190 bucks for the install only, no parts.

I though I would do it myself.

Does it have to professionally installed for an insurance discount?

Ok!!
So I finally got around to installing it and it really was not that hard. The wiring guide helps a whole lot.
I was able to find everything.
I soldered all the connections except for a couple like the lead to the tach sensor and the parking lights connection.
Everything is wrapped in electrical tapes and tucked away very nicely.
I highly recomend doing it yourself. It is really quite easy.

Thanks for the help.
