ENGINE light and dome lights

Hi, problem, I pulled out my entire console and the dash to get it painted...now i hooked everything back up, and the Digital Clock on the cluster does not work anymore and the ENGINE light is permenantly on as well. The Dome lights and power don't work and there is no power to the stereo, i thought i was low on oil, but that's not it. I took apart the console and cluster many times before and it worked fine. The car was absolutely fine before I took it apart. I'm thinking its electrical, but to take everything off again is insane!!...any ideas?. I'll look at the fuses as well later today.
