Tail lights and interrior lights

Post by BumpNGlow »

I am having a problem w/ some of my lights. When I turn on my head lights, my tail lights, dash lights, and the other interrior lights that are supposed to come on, don't. I checked all the fuses, and the brake lights still come on when I hit the brakes. Which wires should I check? I know it has to be that... the only thing I can think of that might have triggered it would be I swapped out head units..... any ideas guys??? help plz... I am kinda illegal at night now :(

since you said you swapped out your head unit, IF you did not use an adapter harness - check that you did not connect the red wire and red/black striped wire. these are part of the dimmer circuit. make sure they are insulated from touching anything. recheck the radio fuse. if this is not the case then maybe someone else will have a better idea on whats up.<BR>hope you solve it soon.
