I read somewhere that parts for a '94 escort GT will fit on a 94 MX-3... does anyone know if this is true?

parts like the short throw shifter, and some other parts but not much.
DRAG SPEC MX3 BEING PARTED OUT.
BUY ALL MY STUFF OR DIE.lol, SERIOUSLY BUY MY STUFF. PLEEEASE
