Dead Power Plant

Post by Sean4life6 »

Guys I have to tell you what happened to my car. I was on the way up to Newark NJ the other day for a job interview. I was driving about 70 and had been for at least the last 2 hrs of the trip. I heard a pop and I instantly started to lose power. Loud tapping came from the engine compartment. I knew it was bad. Then shortly after that I heard another pop and smoke started flowing from under the hood. The engine was dead.... The good thing is that I finally get to put the 2.5 power plant under the hood. I am so excited.....

are you gonna put the engine in yourself or take it to the shop? If you're gonna do it yourself I could lend my limited expertise :)
