Re: F/S: Slim Visors
Just remove the paper thing covering the sticky substance and stick em' on...took me about 2 minutes to stick em' both on and about 3 min to clean the surface.Originally posted by MX3-Freak:

So how would you apply used ones if the sticky surface has already been used?

I appreciate the tip. What is the "metal thingy" you are referring to? What is the purpose of itOriginally posted by Myardor:

Re: F/S: Slim Visors
i forget what it is for. i think its to keep the the window in place. see http://www.mx-3.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=17;t=001154#000004
u can not miss it cause when u do a dry run and put the slim visor in place ( not glued in yet) you will see that that part will not let the slim visor stay flat with the car.
anybody know whats its for and whats it is called?
u have to remove that small part. it is located in the front part of the window, top front.. i pulled mine with my fingers. but u can use needle nose pliers.
