Glass Transmission

Spoke to a guy out here who is very good at what he does. He has prolly about 30 cars featured in a magazine. He mentioned playing with an mx3 years ago using a Vortech V3 super charger. But around 300hp he said he would always shred 4th gear.my goal is to have around 350 after all is said and do e. But this transmission failure worries me. Im curious if anyo e haz had the same issue round 300 and what u did to fix it.

heres a start, theres atleast 3 ppl on probetalk pushing the 3-400 mark with very few transmission problems
