Sold Mx-3 that will be missed...

Post by jaydog is back »

After having a Mx-3 in the family and personally driving a great, well thought out car to start with, my mazda of almost 20 years will be missed. Originally purchased new in 94, This one car I will always remember. As of today it officially drove off with it's new owner - Aaron, another enthusiast of the Mazda community that you all know well. I can say he is a great guy from meeting him personally and I know it went into the right hands. Aaron has made a very long trip to get it and I'm glad to see an evolving enjoyment with this car. Have a safe trip Aaron and keep the speed down!

Justin.

As long as the new owner is a member on here and takes care of it we will forgive you. Personally I don't think I would ever part with my mx-3.

This is fantastic news... I had been wondering what Aaron's project was. Nice to know it's keeping one of the more famous mx-3's in the community!

yessir, I'm personally hoping now that we can take both cars to watkins glen next summer, yours prepped for Aaron, and my v6 to see who makes out better. Yours is pretty much caged and track prepped as I understand it correct?

We all want to be fast and look cool. Cool changes but fast never does.

Your welcome!

Oh yeah it was built for the track. Nothing against any ZE's out there, but they just won't be able to keep up with this one. Super charged or a turbo ZE, sure.. I actually requested Aaron take it to Watkins G with video of course.

I've always admired your MX-3. I was sad I never got to see it in person the couple times I was down in Atlanta at Pat's place.

Speaking of which, I haven't heard from Pat in a long while too... I see the forum has been gone for a bit.

Yeah the site is def down and I haven't talked with the site admin (Atlantamx3) in a while. The MOCA crew has basically spread away from each other over the past year and a half or so. Kids and the work place will do that to ya.
