Went to the dyno yesterday and got 109KW atw (146 HP). A bit low but I am running rich. Wondering what I can do to make it run a little leaner. A/F ratio was at about 11.5:1 the whole way then went to about 10:1 after about 4500rpm I think. That's pretty stupidly rich but. Funnily enough I recently changed a coolant sensor and that got me increased power and better fuel economy.
What can cause it to run rich? I've never changed O2 sensors but dunno if that affects ratios unless you actually are throwing a code. My friend and I are thinking the ECU may be. My friend programmed it himself and I'd say better than most of the standard stuff going around. We're thinking of changing to a KL02 VAF and using a DE ECU with ZE VRIS points.
Vids and pics below. What did you guys run A/F wise when dyno'ing?

Re: Just went to the dyno
Thinking of trying a stock KL02 with DE ecu soon..... just to see if it affects fuel economy and power. If it feels any more powerful with a DE ecu and wrong VRIS points than the chipped ecu is definitely running the engine too rich.
