A lean night!

Post by kulluminati777 »

What are some culprits that would cause your car to run lean, and if it is running lean is it horrible to drive with it if you dont see any problems arise I.E. horrible for the engine?

goto a shop and get them to run a 5 gas analysis on your car, they can tell from that if its running lean or rich... and yes running lean can be quite dangerous for the engine, depending on how bad it is...

Probably running rich lol. I was running rich and I the engine felt like it was running lean and hated being revved high. Coolant temp sensor was shot. Changed it and it went harder, smoother and got better fuel economy...
