Kumho 710s or Yokohoma A032R. The Falken are great, but are street legal race slicks. Great for Auto-X, but on the track I want a full race tire.

i used my drag radial to the core this year, they're ok, but first will allways spin, a bit in second too...
i tried myckey thompson 15'' and they are JUST SICK, no wheelspin, even when declutching at 7k rpm

Re: What's your favorite brand of drag/Race tire and why?
I used to run M/T ET Drag slicks (26x8.5x15), and they were good. I switched to Hoosier slicks last year (drag racing, i should add) because they offered a slightly wider (9") slick in 26x9x15. I like the Hoosier better, they require a much shorter burnout to get hot than the M/Ts. They wear extremely well, and are a good FWD slick. I launch at 5500 rpm and i've gotten the best short time/high speed stability combo at 5.5 psi air pressure. I used to run the M/Ts at 6.75 psi.

What size tire and what pressure were you running... I got the 24.5x8 on 15's. I'm assuming you had to run a tube too.

Another good slick to look into for FWD drag racing is the M&H Racemaster. It comes in some very friendly size and is bias ply in construction. I'm a pretty big fan of ET drags as well
