I haven't talked to Oscar in a while, but one time I did and he said his CF/FG guy went out of buisness cause things slowed down too much. Wish I would of been able to of gotten those CF fenders doneSavin wrote:Why not contact Oscar "EZ_4_FUN" and see if he's still able to make them anyway? It appears he still visits the boards so he might reply with an answer.
Ya, that's why GB's are essential when getting stuff like that done, hoods, bumpers, fender, and hatches. I liked the guys work and I've never done CF before, could be an expensive experiement, but although at $1500 I would also own the molds, which means I could of recovered the cost with every set made thereafter. With my website I was planning on starting to get made and sell custom parts, the fenders would of been one of the first. Sadly, it takes money to make money.Josh wrote:WOW!!! 1500![]()
For that much I would invest the 100 dollars it takes to make the molds and the extra 100 for the fabric and give it a crack myself. I have thought about it as the AWD added a bit of weight to the car. My problem is the way I want to do it I dont have an oven large enough!
