What ever happened to this guy?

Any one know what ever happened to this guy? I think he had some some custom engine work with the stock K8 and had it bored out used some Supra pistons or something and some other rods to stroke it to a 2.3L

thats awesome! about 170tq and 180hp from a k8. itd be nice to see what that motor could do with some more aggressive cams and a higher redline

I forget how decent the US front lip looks on the rear. its not a bad look.

oh yeah i didnt even notice that. i dont know if id like it better then the rear mud guards but it does look nice. i feel there is something lacking with our rear bumpers but i dont know what. i still havnt found an aftermarket rear bumper or lip that i like. i liked the modded rsx lip at one point in time but ive gotten over it. and that photo shop someone made of a genesis rear bumper on mx3 was pretty dope. id probably go with that if i had any bodywork skills...

On the dyno it said kl k8.

Some mods are nice on the car, but not all of them are my taste though.

ya that body is hideous... i believe its a k8. he said it was measured at the crank and id expect higher numbers then those from a stroked/bored kl, assuming any work was actually done to it. it does have a k8 intake manifold too.

I say definitely a K8, and it looks like K1-08 instead of K8-01... There were other typos in the page, so that is where I believe he came up with that.

As for the lip on the rear, I actually think that has some great potential!!! Why haven't I seen this before?!

I used to talk to this guy back in the day he was local to me. well close. I know he was trying to sell it a couple of years ago but other than that IDK. a bored and stroked K8 would be a kick in the pants

Well I like the look of it, but it doesn't fit with my other plans so it'll be a "whoooaaahh" factor thing for now!
