broken horn

Alright guys, I've searched through the past posts and saw that other people had this problem but what is the solution. When I press the horn nothing happens except a clicking noise coming from under the dash. I checked the fuse and the black relays and everything seems find. Is there something else I need to try or have a blown the actual horn and need to replace it? <P>If it means anything I did get a jump from a guy two days ago. Could that have caused the horn to break?
