Custom Short Shifter f/s

this custom short shifter is just as short as a b&m but for only $20, the ball has been moved up and welded, it's been shortend for a cooler look and the whole shifter has been painted
the stock shift nob won't fit on it

I had that very same Idea when I replaced my shifter with my Pacesetter short....
Re locating the ball.
did you ever put this shifter back in the car to test it? if so howd you like it?

ya it was really short, but i'm getting a mazdaspeed shifter and it won't fit on it so i bought the b&m
