hey i need to kno what are some good websites to get engine internal parts such as pistons, rings, a cam etc for a 4cyl 1.6 sohc. any suggestions?

Honestly, by something with a BP. Rebuild the BP while still driving the SOHC. Put BP in...

If you're going to replace internal parts, it's best just to do the entire engine. The BP swap is amazingly simple. I've put a BP into my car twice (first one threw a rod) and I could probably do it in a day. The first time it still only took me 3 days.

Do the swap. Love it.

alright thanks for the info ill look around for a bp motor. ive already got the sohc pulled bc my tranny is havin problems so i figured id pull it all and i compression tested the 1.6 and it tested out as junk (no.3 cyl was pushing 75 psi and no.4 was at 90 psi, all r supposed to be above 100) so i figured id tear into and make a hellacious sohc

There are many websites that provides the details about the spare parts of the vehicle. You need to carry out a search specific per the part that's information you required or if you remember the company name than search on the base of that. Try it will help you out.
