MX-3's were made from '91 (for 1992 model year) till 1998....

If I remember correctly, all cars 1996 and after were mandatory for the OBD-II (In North America at least)

Of course 96 and beyond are OBD2

Indeed. We didn't get the Mx-3 after 96 here in North America, but overseas they did, and remember that K-Sport is based out of Europe, where the 98 Mx-3 does exist

OBDII's actually started to trickly out in 1994, and they're farily common in 1995's. 1996 OBDII actually became government mandated to have.
