painting the interior on door?
ive painted my dash and speaker covers already, now i wanna paint the rubberlike stuff that surrounds the cloth part on the door. what kind of paint do i need to use? i used krylon fusion plastic spraypaint or whatever its called on the dash, worked good. but i have no clue on what to use on the rubber stuff, help me out here.

im not exactly sure what you mean by rubber part... the vinyl that covers the plastic kind of like leather? i would probably advise against painting that but if your set on it id try those fabric dye rattle cans you can get. if that doesnt work id try like everything else, lightly sand-prime-paint-clear

Yeah, vinyl. I couldnt remember What it was called. Well I seen a Mx that was painted like that and it looked pretty tight.

I'm pretty sure it's the same material on the door that's on the dash... I used that Krylon Fusion paint on my dash too... still looks good 5 years later

If your talking about the stuff that surrounds the steering wheel, no. Its not the same. By if Your talking about the stuff that is on top of the dash, like up where he windshield is, Yeah. That's what it is.

yeah thats probably what hes talking about. i dont know if it would hold up aswell as the dash thow. the door gets rubbed/kicked on a regluar basis and id be surprised if you didnt have to repaint it every 6 months.
