car wont run, no spark, no cel

ok i get a cel but the codes are 28,29 and 41

egr, egr, vris1

why arent i getting spark, if it was ecu or disty related id get a code right?

is ther any chance it is the ignition switch.

I get spark when i turn the key to the on position but i dont get spark in the crank postion.

in on position i get spark when i first go to the position and then it sparks once i turn it away from that position.


Please someone help me out the car hasnt ran since june. I have the jdm kl disty with hei and external coil.

I don't think it should spark in ON position. I've never heard of that... Could be the ignition switch.

Can you go back to your stock distributor that you know that works well? MX-3 distrubutor ect. are finiky and anything wrong will really ruin your day.
