the international buyer have to pay for shipping back and forth for the replacement if received broken headlights?.. this i really unjust. from this way every international buyer can't know if the headlights it's damaged before the shipping. at least you can use a courier with warranty who ship back if they damage something. in these condition a lot of international customers will go to ebay. why these condition?

Hmm, I'm not sure if he meant damaged on arrival - double check with him by PMing him (it will be a few hours before he is at work) He mainly said it for the warranty - he is offering a limited warranty for full replacement if they should fail within one year. Maybe you can pay an extra $5 for shipping insurance?

Protip: Canada Post Corporation and Canada Border Services Agency are not gentle with your packages...make things easier on yourselves and label everything clearly and if you are really concerned, put a label stating "Fragile: Please toss underhanded only"

i was in trouble with canada post to italy when i bought an gauge cluster instruments arrived after 45 days completely broken. before the shipment the seller (under my request) sent me the pictures of the item in perfect conditions in the way he sent me. these facts happens for all simply postal service all over the world. there is no care for the packet despite you write also in huge letters "FRAGILE".
