No dash lights, parking lights, or tail lights....

i was recently trying to put aftermarket guages in my car such as air/fuel ratio and so on and i tried splicing into my parking lights being stupid, and i accidentally hit the power to the ground and shorted something out. All of the fuses are good and i still get power to my dash lights, parking lights, and tail lights when i actuate my car alarm.... does anybody have a clue as to why they wont come on when i turn them on? is it the switch itself?

turns out i fried the brain box for my car alarm....
