You can start by pm'ing MX-3.com or custommx3 directly.

We have several very reputable members on this forum.
ANY of our mod's are very reputable and are trusted fully.

I would personally vouch for fowljesse or wytbishop in the non-mod section

If any of the above people take the lighs, I would be really interested to see not only fitment, but light output vs stock. It can even be w/ the PIAA lights or HID's in mx3 housings, but I would like to see the output of the halogen projectors!

I would recommend Mooneggs, but he's been really busy.
I'd be happy to test them, if chosen. I live in the land of rain, so it would be a good test. Also, I live off of a highway that has no lights, and there's fog pretty often.
Yeah, I vote me, now
Thanks for the recommendation, SuperK.

hi, i'll take a black set with hid for sure. please, count me!. a friend here in rome spoked on the phone with ray at the spyderauto number of the website, after this, i also was in contact with spyderauto by the mail because there are many others mx3 owners here in rome interested in the headlights but they wants to check the item installed before the purchase cause the risk of scam as we read here. they were interested in those chrome one but now after seeing the picture of the blacks one, they want all those. i'm waiting for the shipping cost to rome. i'm ready to pay when jeff or barry consent.
i vote also colinsmx3 for the check.

Actually I would recommend Fowljesse too! He's actually getting my aluminum crossmember and tie-bar to test as well! :2thumbsup:

Id say fowljesse too. We would probably install them at my house...as I have a long driveway with a nice big garage door to shine the light on...Also Mooneggs and stereoking15 would be able to check the lights out at the same time.

I am not knowledgeable enough on the topic of lighting to be really helpful. Send them to Jesse. I am eager to hear the thoughts of the Portland Mafia.

ray carpart4u wrote:H1 HID kits will works fine with the headlight.
i will see if any forum member who has a high reputation on the site can do a test fit.
These is running at 230 with no HID now.

how do you connect an h1 hid kit to a 9004 socket not sure i get how that works unless you
use the wiring that comes with the headlights to connect it

any chance you have a photo of the headlight wiring

I vote for Jesse too, the environment in Portland is condusive to good all around testing of these lights. In saying that I'm sure the company is producing them to exacting standards. I'm more concerned with fitment.
