problem posting in for sale section

hi guys, this is probably a stupid question, but how do you post in the for sale section of the forum? i have over 30 posts, but i dont see a link in the for sale forum to start a post there. does a setting need to be changed on my account to give me access to posting?

Should post this in "MX-3.com Site and Forum Recommendations and Issues" or PM a mod or admin..

You should not have a problem unless the FS post count is 35 which I thought it was
