BEWARE OF AUTOTOYS.COM! <P>I ordered a strut tower brace for my brother for his car as a Christmas present. The end links don't match the holes on his strut towers and I've been trying to contact autotoys to return it for the right one. They contacted me after my initial email and after 2 or 3 days of email tag, I finally convinced him that it didn't fit. (I don't think they believed me). <P>Anyway, it says on the packing slip that returned merchandise will be refused unless you have approval to send it back. After I finally got the guy to believe me, he never gave me an approval number or whatever and autotoys won't respond to my emails. This has been going on since the end of December. Their customer service is nothing short of a joke. <P>MAN! I GET PISSED WHEN I FEEL LIKE SOMEBODY HAS RIPPED ME OFF!!!

My roomate has ordered lots of audio Equipment from them, and have had no issues yet to date. Sorry about your issue with them. But my roomate hasnt had a problem with them. Hopefully your isue will be resolved. <BR>Honestly, the best way to get what u want is to talk to a manager. If he cant help, talk to his manager. Dont take any BS.
