The deathtrap is dying...

Post by -=deathtrap-mx3=- »

my mx-3 is dying. the auto tranny is calling it quits. it's reving up instead of shifting into 2nd and when going into 3rd now. i estimate i can only pull about 1000miles outta the tranny. this means i will not be taking on an extremely active roel in helping to start the Texas, OK, etc mx-3 club. if you have any suggestions on what i can do to possible help my tranny w/o totally replacing it, i'd be very greatful. i don't think another mx-3 is a likely possiblitiy, this one has been nothing but problems unfortantly. i can't imagine my dad would want me to have another.
i'll keep you all updated. it might be parted out.
i'll be talking to you ranman and sircruz about the club
Looking for a 94+GS for KL-ZE fun :)

the car is only worth about 2.5K. getting a new tranny woulnd't be too much less than 2K. i can't replace it myself, so i'm in the hands of the machanic. there are a few other probs with the car also.
