koni struts prefered spring?

koni struts prefered spring?

What kind of springs would be best with the koni front struts? I was thinking Eibach?

I think the best setup would be Ground Conrol coil overs whiuch ahve Eibach designed springs.

you do know that the koni's are a cartridge that you install into the stock strut, then you choose what spring you want. But ya Eiback would be pretty good choice. same with H&R.

Thank's I chose eibach first but they were out of stock so I went with my second choice being H&R because they were in stock and a little cheaper.

In my opinion the H&R`s are a better choice, as they are a bit stiffer, and lowers a bit more than the eibach`s.

Speaking of Koni Inserts, anybody know the maximum spring rate these things can handle?
