I was thinking putting a bit of white wheel paint on them... but will it remove the powdercoat effect if I do that?
Yeah as far as the finish goes, NOBODY would notice it unless they knew that they were painted, so that should last you for quite a while, but after long enough, you just have to realize when you NEED the get the powdercoating redone.
