distributor change cost

how much would you pay to have disty changed on k8?

free... well to have it changed it takes like 3 - 5 minutes. Take cap and rotor off (note the position) take 2 bolts off.. pull... get new disty and insert in same position. Install new rotor (make sure its same size either big or small for new disty) Install cap and walla.. you dont even need to take off the cables.. unless u nget a new cap. Honestly you are giving your money away if you are paying someone to do it..

Agreed, the disty itself is usually around 3-400. The work is minimal at best.

Ditto on the Disty.
I just changed mine the other week.
Pretty simple install.
Just dont drop the bolts.

If you have to have someone else do it...
Shouldnt be more than a cost of a Value meal to do it.
