Fuse or Relay Problem Causing Crazy Lights?

Ok...I tried looking in the manual for the Fuses and Relays...but nothing loaded.
I dont have the owners manual to locate the fuses...also the covers to all the fuse boxes are gone.
Can anyone point me in the direction of these fuses...and save me from pulling every single one out?

*I have no Hazzard Lights (no clicking)
*The turn signals dont work at all (although you can hear the clicker)
*Parking Lights dont work
*No power Mirrors
*Instrument Cluster doesnt light up...actually nothing on the cluster works (Lightwise), but the High beam indicator and service warning lights work.

Thanks @ Ariesdude.
Found the prob for the hazards and the turns.
The previous owner had rigged some weird whitch for the lights.
Now the next thing to tackle are the power mirrors and the cluster issue.

Anyone know what these cluster of wires/relays go too?
They are burnt to hell...at least the front one with the...I guess Orange wire...
