That is a pretty small turbo that you are running on the ZE engine, that turbo is more suited to 1600cc cars, you must be running out of power at high rpms. I would think a T3/T4 or pure T4 would be more suited to your application.

I am looking at changing to the T3 Super 60 sometime soon with my 1600cc MX3.
YEa man i know : ( i wa bascally using to get my custom set up right..i can switch turbos when ever now its all built. ITs from a saab...42/48 A/R so small : P. I think it might has a wastegate problem cause im having boost probs with it. IM looking for another as we speak.

Isn't it usually a bad idea puttin in beefy cams with a turbo? Not trying to tell you you're wrong in doing so i'm just curious.

not really, only if you know what your doing.
BIG DURATION is a bad idea with turbo, but all that will really do is give you big bottom end. the cams i have are mild to wild duration, and the lift is whats huge, which will make nice for the turbo, as turbo cams have somewhat smaller duration and larger lift.

the cams i had in my B6 made my car faster than a BP with a bigger turbo. and i ran a 14.1 with 6psi on a VJ14/ 16 hybrid. and im a crappy driver. and they were flat out track racing cams.

the ones in my b6 were 260 duration and 9.52mm lift
the cams in the BP are 286 duration and 11.38mm lift
my new ones are alot bigger than the ones i ran in my B6, but its all in the tunning, its only a bad idea when you dont know what your doing.

i guess we will see when i hit the dyno in sept.
