Civic projector customizing please help

i saw these on ebay

i want to use these for my SEXY mx3 and im having trouble finding that custom headlight making forum where they chopped up the 01 civic projectors, what will i need? wiring, bulbs, electrical. please help.
i know this is the wrong forum but i cant post in the electrical.

i never got around to doing that but i intend to since i need ti make a driver side projecter since my last accendent.
