performance chip resiter?

Hi Im new to this forum i just joined.I ave a 92 mx-3 GS and was looking for a little more power.I searched ebay and came across 2 brands of performance chips.Im sure they dont work but reading the positive feedbacks from the people they say they do work so Im wondering if they do.Heres one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/90-04-Ma ... enameZWDVW and heres the other http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/90-04-Ma ... enameZWDVW Ive heard all these are are resisters but the reviews from people are tricking me.Will i notice a difference even if i gain a little hp its only 35$ So id be willing to try it.Any advice?thanks.

Ya i figured i kinda had to use coommon sense 35$-15 hp.No way.what little other performance upgrades can be done im getting a custom cold air intake made tomorow a buddy of mine is helping me build.Took the directions from the home depot air intake in the faq.Any other things like that nothing to big becasue i wont be able to lol.

makes u run rich and waste 15 miles per gallon.. same goes fokr the coland bypass trick..
