There are mutiple things you can do to a car on a limited budget... If you really want to make it look nice and run great spend the time reading through the posts here.. I have had mine for less than 2 months. I found this website and learned more about my mx-3 and ideas than I thought I would ever get. There are alot of websites out there with good tips and tricks to do to you car and where to buy stuff. And you can fix your car up from little stuff like tinted windows to new rims to clear signal lights that are inexpensive to like Jeff Abrams awesome supercharged mx-3 and fixed up perfect inside and out. Hope you find any information and dont be afraid to ask a question in any of the forums no matter how stupid you may think. I have had alot of questions from simple stuff that any die hard MX-3er would know to what people think of this or that idea... All got great responces and help easily.. You stumbled into the right site!! This place is absolutely awesome, there is such an abundance of information about the MX-3 in here, you just have to surf the boards and links.<P>As for cheap horse power the easiest things to start with are performance spark plugs $50 maybe, a performance muffler $150-$200, and a cold air intake anywhere from $50-$250.<P>Alot of these things you can find in here used, but be careful about sending $$$ use paypal or certified mail for proof of exchanged money and keep copies of all e-mail transmissions between yourself and a seller or buyer for that matter. Watch the gold stars and check they're ratings to see how people rated them and how many. Very seldom do we have any problems with crooks in here, and once exposed they're gone. <P>Good luck and happy surfing!
