//***v6 turbo kit in production...yes!!! for the mx-3***\\
How long would it take to fit the complete kit on a ze? I have 5 days off work at the end of next month. Could it be done in this time period? I had a real jod getting the Rear Manifold on last time, i know im gunna get teasy fitting the kit, but it'll be worth it when i hear that mutha wind up for the first time! Also does anyone have any ideas for rewelding the X member?
Im sure the kit will come with basic instructions on here or attached to kit but im having difficulty seeing how im going to tackle the x member as this is in the way as mentioned before. Are there any pics of neccisary modifications so i know what i must do, maybe even get a head start!

I'll post a pic of the x-member once I'll get the chance,
if you can install a set of headers, the turbo kit is not more difficult than that, well a little more but that's to be expected, 5 days is more than enough to install it

forget the ze injectors, get the millenia one and the RR-FPRTommy D wrote:Sweet, In that case its on. Will i be able to run it on the stock ZE injectors or is the Millennia S (280cc) inj and RR-FPR a must to avoid Lean mixture or will KL31 ECU and JE-50MAF compensate to accomidate boost up to 6psi?

Ok, ill go with the Millennia S injectors, does anyone know the part number? I also have a straight neck ze, i have a Xedos 9 I/M, or what you guys call a MS800 I/M, its a curved neck inlet manifold with a KL68 TB.
Would this be better for the turbo application as i think it could get cluttered round the turbo with the angle of the TB. Wheras the Straight Neck IM would space it out a bit more? Any ideas.......Thanks for info BabyBlue

as for the kj injectors part number I don't know ,
the curve neck ze intake (eunos 800) will fit just fine, that's what I have in and no space problem there

How much lower does this take thej underside of the car? My MX has about 2" from the Boomerang shape xmember to the Tarmac, As far as im aware i can remove this one completely.. But how much am i going to need to raise mine on the coilovers? 1" shud be ok looking at the pics?
Did you take any pics of the X-member before you put it back on the car?
Or can you just cut and weld up pipes till its strong enough to stop engine twitching?

if you mean how much clearence will you have with the x member modified well I never actually measure it but it is low but I am dropped 1.3", I don't rub at all (rarely) but we live were roads are the worst in the world and I have soft springs (Suspension techniques). I'm guessing around 2" from the ground right now dropped 1.3".Tommy D wrote:How much lower does this take thej underside of the car? When you say : As far as im aware i can remove this one completely
no you can't remove that x-member, it holds the engine and tranny with 2 mounts on it.
I haven't take any pics of the stock x-member but it's REALLY easy to get one on the net. I'll try to do so and post it.
and the pipes have nothing to do with the engine torquing

Compression Ratio?
Is this kit for the stock 1.8 V6?
If it is then what about the CR? Does it not already run at 9:1? Should this not be reduced before boosting up to 10 PSI, would this not damage the engine?
Would it be possible to get one of these kits shipped to the UK?

Re: Compression Ratio?
the stock k8 is 9.2:1 CR wich isn't too much high. I don't see any problem running 10psi on it WITH good fuel management.uk_mx3_guy wrote:Is this kit for the stock 1.8 V6?

I don't think shipping over UK is a problem but Oscar is the man to ask this
