i have a 93 sohc 4 cyl. and i hear all these engines like bp and im not sure what is what.

A BP is from 90-94 protege lx and escort GT's (1.8L dohc 16v)

it has 128hp and a common swap for RS owners

what would i need to drop one of those. do the mounts and sensors and plugs all line up?

you need the following

bp motor
pro. lx tranny
pro lx axles
pro lx mounts w/ brackets
bp ecu

id rather just tune what i have. im ok with what i have and i have a list of things that can add up to over like 300 hp but its good to know anyways so thank you very much. p.s check out my cardomain thing let me know what you think.

Dude I have a BP motor with only 19,500 miles on it DOHC.

You can have it if you really want to do a swap. Get rid of that SOHC because it's begging to die XD

hey man what are you asking for the motor? Where did you get? how long have you had it? is there anything wrong with it? iam looking for a bp for my 92 mtx mx3
