PLS HELP C.E.L making me crazy

Hi guys,
The wife has a 92 MX3 1.6 Auto. It has problems starting when its cooling off. Over night seems fine, hot is... well a hit or miss.
CEL comes on for a few seconds every now and again. Code 9 is always present when I check.

I have changed the coolant temp sensor, and still same problem. I have checked the connector on the plug all looks good. Anyone with any ideas?? If anyone can also tell me the pinouts and the testing procedure for that sensor I would be most grateful. We are going nuts trying to solve this problem. Any ideas comments or suggestions would be great.. Thank you

I may have replaced the wrong sensor!

I changed the one on the thermostat housing, it is a one wire sensor. Was this bad? if so where is the right one on this little 1.6 badboy?

UPDATE
I found The sensor, I hope this helps others. It is under the injectors. Green 2 wire connector. A 19 MM deep socketis used to remove it.

Im having a problem with my fast Idle seems to be slow. Only speeds up Idle after a few seconds after starting.. ANyone else had this problem or know a fix?
