that is proberly one of the cleanest engines u will find...thats around a good price for everything........Also for your headers....there for the klze and will on fit on the mx-6 engine right?....is there a place on the net where i can look at a pic and stats of it i tried searching for Obx r Headers but no luck. THanks

I don't doubt that in your opinion that's quite possible, but with only the limited availability of what appears to be 2 engine bay pics, verification of that is very difficult. IMO, this has to be one of the cleanest I've seen.

Really??? The above engine was purchased as you see it for $850. from your typical JDM supplier. Perhaps you can verify or rationalize your justification to me why it's worth $2,150. more? No disputing the possibility.....just show/tell me why?

WEll ok put it to you like this the Ross Racing Forged pistons and rings Probably Cost what that motor above cost Alone. The Fidanza Flywheel and ClutchMaster Clutch cost combined new around 575. The Mx6 stock rods, The TOGA High Rod/Main bearings and the Toga High Flow OIl Pump Cost another around 600. Then you include a complete rebuilt kit with new Gaskets Add Another 150. THe cost for a KLZE motor alone like you said around 700-800 bucks. So right ther your looking at:

Custom Made Ross Racing Pistons: 850
Rods/Bearings/OIl pump: 600
Flywheel and Clutch Combo: 575
ALL New Gaskets From the PCV Grommet to the Oil Pan Gasket- 150
New Water Pump/ New O2 Sensors- 150
Complete Hot Tanking of the motor- 75
Brand new 31mm HLAs- 350
RED Powder Coated Valve Covers: 100
Silver Powder Coated Curve Neck IM: 200
KLZE Motor Alone: 700-800
OBX R Gen 2 Headers: 275 EBAY

These prices are moddest and are an estimate of the Parts Brand New
New: $3675

A 3,789 Mile Motor: $3000

A $675 Depreciation in Value, But might I also add that it cost almost twice the Depreciation to have her built.

So you tell me whats so great about the motor above and you tell me whether or not you trust some Degreased and pressure washed motor with God knows how many miles on or what kind of care was taken with it. I have all reciepts of work done to that car and have proof of mileage on the car. So you tell me where your losing out.

And I'll make the deal even sweeter for $3200 you get the 5spd transmission w/ the axles.

Plainly you guys can see My Mx-3 days are done. This is the second MX-3 Ive owned. I have alot invested in and I guess it wasn't God's will for me to have it so Im just trying to save you guys a little time and a little less heartache. What I dont understand is that If you mr jschwauren, if you have a KLZE already why are you so concerned about how much it goes for. And if you want more pics, Dang I thought I had alot of good ones up already but Ok i'll take some MORE pics.

Also in my first post of this topic there are 2 links to different pictures. One is of the car when it was fine the other is of it when its wrecked. Also if you dont believe the pics, the pics of the hood on the 2nd link, you can see the red valce cover through the vent.
