HELP! ATX chugging from take off!

Hey all, it's been awhile! Well I have an issue.

My car just started chugging from take off this afternoon. I have no idea as to why??? Also, while parked my rpm's went below 1000 until it finally just stalled. When it stalled the check engine light did come on. Unfortunantly i'm out of town and the nearest garage doesn's open until possibly tomorrow (possibly). I have no explaination for this as it has just started.

ANy ideas?

Ok, well tomorrow I'm going to my mechanic. WHen I find out whats wrong I'll post all symptoms and what caused in case anyone has any similar problems in the furture.
