I like Perrelis the P-8000. Between the ones you picked I wouldnt mind the Nittos. What are the treadwear ratings between the two? The rides on the Softer tires like Michlins give a smooth feel, and fun on corners.

I like the Nittos too. I am a total corner freak. The tread wear is like 300 which isnt all that great for commuting but oh well. <BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><HR>Originally posted by Bbqman218:<BR><B> I like Perrelis the P-8000. Those nittos are garbage. Everyone I know who had them said they suck big time! If you dont believe me, check the tire reviews on <A HREF="http://www.miata.net" TARGET=_blank>www.miata.net</A> . I've heard great stuff about Kumho 712's, and since I have and love the all season 732's that were on the car when I got it 2 years ago, I will get some soon. <P>------------------<BR><B><I>David Coleman</B></I><BR><A HREF="http://www.PinkMX-3.com" TARGET=_blank>1993 Mazda MX-3 GS Special Edition</A><BR><B><A HREF="http://www.highlandsun.com/hyc/sae920677/" TARGET=_blank><I>V6 engine info</I></A> | <A HREF="http://www.bradbury.cwc.net/probemx/index.htm" TARGET=_blank>KL FAQ</A> | <I><A HREF="http://www.brownsword.ca/Probe.html" TARGET=_blank>ECU reprogramming</A></I> | <A HREF="http://members.home.net/tekguy/" TARGET=_blank>K series Image cache</A> | <I><A HREF="http://archive.probetalk.com/cgi-bin/se ... tion=intro" TARGET=_blank>Probetalk Archive Search</A></I></B><BR><B>Support OPEC: Buy an SUV</B>

I had 215 / 55 / 15 on a z-26 that wore out in about 18,000 -20,000 mi. I kept them balanced and rotated. maybe my corning had to deal alittle with it. He he.
