Places/Prices to get bumper scuffed and sprayed?

Like the title says, I need to find a place to scuff and spray my bumper for me. Any ideas? Don't want to spend too much on this either, just a simple scuff and spray.

Found a little place called Dan The Man's Autobody, $250 for the bodywork,paint,labour and tax.

you can scuff it yourself and just bring it in for spray job, will save you some money
