Rear window defoger ?

Rear window defoger ?

My defoger quit :(
I checked the fuse and it is fine.
I am getting power to the fuse box.
When I push the button it will not light up.
I have no power to the window.
Maybe the relay? If so were is it?
My car 95 rs

Any help would be appreciated.

The relay is under the dash. There is a few of them together. Cable colours should be:
Black / yellow
Yellow
Black / blue
Blue.
