username and login screw up ?

before the new look of the Forum I had over 500 posts under the GregoryChristian and now all my old posts are under the name Purplemx-3dude...What is going on ? somehow the names got screwed up ...can a moderator please fix this ??

Wasn't there a "user" name and a "display" name? The display names disappear under the new bb type I think - not all options are transferrable. Like I think the ratings won't be back... Either way Gregory, I think I speak for everybody and say your one of the most respected guys on the board and 5 posts or 500, your

Your display name has been changed and is now your login name as well.
(Password remains the same, and you can changeit in your profile page if you like.)

If anyone else has this problem, please E-mail or PM me with your login name from the old board, (which is your current display name on this board), and also your display name on the old board, and I will switch it over for you.

Unfortunately this has to be done manually, as it was an unexpected problem that arose with those that had different login and display names on the old board.
