Drift kit turn signal idea

Post by vAnDaL_Z3rO »

ok....as you all have probably noticed, the drift kit doesnt have a place for the front turn signals. my idea is to take clear corners from a 95 accord, and mount them on the left and right holes of the front fender, under the top. i know they will fit, but any idea on mounting them and the fitment of the socket?

thanks, i'll have pictures of the kit installed and the turnsignals by next friday. and whats really cool is that the clear corners only cost $20 ( i think thats pretty cheap) then you have to buy amber bulbs, which are $5. very cheap mod. better than having Borange turn signal covers :D

i'm going to use brackets to put it up there, and there is also a place on the side of the casing that can be drilled and it will be even with the kit. i got them at a place here in town. Slow Joe's Customs. they are APC brand.

excuse my ignorance. are those turn signals or side markers? or what?
the side ones use the 194 bulb, not too bright. the turn signals use the 1157, ie dual filiments, turn and parking lites.
